Car leasing nightmare (I gave 1 Star because I can’t give zero)Terrible business practice. Lack of respect for customers time. This dealer’s business practice epitomizes bait and switch. Car buying is stressful. But the two, yes two back to back experiences I had there, led me to sharing my experience as much as I can. I have leased approximately 7 cars of different models and have never had an employee interrupt financing to renegotiate prices that both the dealer and I had already negotiated and agreed on. I literally had the key of the car that I was purchasing in my pocket. As a matter a fact, things became so confusing and hectic so abruptly that we left the dealer with the key. As I was getting into my own car to leave, the salesman had caught up to me to return the key to him. Going to a Rick Case dealer was and always has been the worst experience. We will never give them another opportunity to earn our business. More
