He was always courteous, respectful, and beyond professional with all interactions. Brian was very quick to respond to all questions and truly made this experience seamless. There was never any pressure to purchase and the decision truly was made with all appropriate facts and answers to questions in place. My Review The sales person was easy to work with and competent. My experience with the finance person was less satisfying. Person is trying to sell you extende The sales person was easy to work with and competent. My experience with the finance person was less satisfying. Person is trying to sell you extended warranty, protection for car, gap insurance etc. One does not have the time to read the contracts. I know he was trying to maximize profits but I wasn't interested. In the service dept., the application of the protection package was rushed. When the dealer was notified of the situation, they quickly arranged for the Service Dept to correct their work which was completed to my satisfaction. More
