The products offered may be to extend the warranties on your vehicle, products to protect the longevity of your vehicle, or products to protect your investment in the event of a major accident. We apologize if that part of your purchase process seemed too aggressive and we will meet with our F & I team to ensure that they are aware of how you felt so that it will not happen again. There is no excuse for the improper application of the Protect All products and we want to make it right. We are going to have our driver's pick up your vehicle at a convenient time for you. We will have our reconditioning department re-apply the protection products properly and the service manager will personally verify their proper completion. This is not representative of how we prefer to do business and if we make a mistake, we will own up to it and get the issue resolved in a timely manner. Thank you again for your feedback Anita.
