He explained all of the options available to us in extreme detail. There was no pressure , as in past experience with other dealers/salespersons, to purchase a vehicle on that day, Jim allowed us to discuss our options with each other and then return with our decision. Jim is extremely friendly an professional, but , must of all he listens to his customers concerns , wants , and desires in purchasing/leasing a new vehicle. Jim Rubey is a living, breathing example of service with a smile. Recently, I had renewed my lease from a Honda Civic 2018 to a newer 2021 model. Between my limited knowledge of vehicles and economical con a smile. Recently, I had renewed my lease from a Honda Civic 2018 to a newer 2021 model. Between my limited knowledge of vehicles and economical concerns that were brought about by the Covid-19 pandemic, I was nervous about my comfortable lease payments on a car I was very familiar with coming to a end. Not only was Jim willing to answer any and all of my questions, he went above and beyond to find an affordable deal for a new lease in his system and take the time to introduce me to all of the new features that the newer model came with. I will definitely be returning to do further business with Jim in the future. More
