Motor Werks Honda is the best dealership I have worked with. I enjoyed working with every person at Motor Werks Honda from the beginning to the end. Below is the full story of my car buying experience. In early March of 2020 I began looking for a Honda Pilot. I contacted several dealers via their website and truecar.com. Earl on in the process I was contacted by Tony K. Right away he said that there are no hidden fees at Motor Werks. The goal is to be transparent and give the customer the best experience from beginning to end. Tony K was great to work with. Motor Werks offered us an extended test drive which we took advantage of in late March. Right around that time, because of the quarantine, the dealership shut down and we elected not to purchase a car. We continued dialog with Tony K. as well as the Terry K. the general manager. They wanted to make the sale, but were never pushy during the time they were shut down. In mid-April Terry called me and asked if I needed anything. He said he would honor the price that was given to us in March despite having some different deals in April. We were also given an additional $500 off because the Honda Motor Corp was offering $1,000 loyalty cash in April, but only $500 in March. We went to the store on April 24th and I worked with Jim Rubey. He was one of only 2 or 3 sales people since they were working on appointment only. Jim was kind and spent a good amount of time showing me the car and how everything worked. I also met David H. who was the finance manager. David offered an extended warranty and gap insurance. He was not at all pushy just informative. We decided to decline the extended warranty and the gap insurance since my insurance company offers gap for a much cheaper price. Overall the experience with Motor Werks was wonderful and everyone really cares about the customers. I purchased Honda's at two other locations in the past 2007 and 2012. I would never go back to either of those places and will continue to shop at Motor Werks . More

Used Vehicle Purchase I found the vehicle I was looking for online. It was a 4 hour drive to the Dealership from where I live. By chance I was lucky enough to have Jim Rube I found the vehicle I was looking for online. It was a 4 hour drive to the Dealership from where I live. By chance I was lucky enough to have Jim Rubey as the sales specialist I was dealing with. We worked out tentative plans for the sale thru phone and e-mail correspondence. When I arrived the day of the purchase everything went as planned. I was very satisfied with my experience with Jim and would highly recommend him for your vehicle purchase. More

Jim is the best dealer ever!
