Worst possible customer service The day after delivery I could not shut of the car using the gear switch. Same day, I couldn't start it with the switch. Dealer refused to have car repaired at Benz dealer in Pittsburgh where I live. Really? They want me to drive to Cincinnati Really? Worst customer service ever. Stay away from this dealer. More

Early Friday morning buy Jim Rutter sales guy was fantastic. He was honest, polite and answered all of my questions. The only negative was the management. Jack Hoffman barely ackmloedged me and the sales manager spent most of his time pacing in front of the glass office. They sent me a generic email about my experience and I suggested that they should at least meet the customers who bought a car. Jack went on to say that he is too busy managing a sales staff of 12 but at 10a on Friday morning I was the only one in the dealership. no reply from the management?????? More
