Start to finish When I stopped by the dealership I was 80% sold on purchasing a Yukon XL, however, Jim Rutter did an excellent job of explaining the features, benefit When I stopped by the dealership I was 80% sold on purchasing a Yukon XL, however, Jim Rutter did an excellent job of explaining the features, benefits and value proposition for the GL450. I was short on time, which Jim intuitively sensed. He did a great job of staying focused on my questions and needs. His knowledge of the vehicle and highly responsive efforts to follow up via e-mail or phone to respond to my questions were great. His low key sales approach and adaptive style to me (the customer) left a positive and confident impression that led to me coming back again for a test drive, etc. Since the purchase he has followed up a couple of times to make sure that I am pleased with the car and to answer any questions.
