Jim Rutter has always exhibited the highest level of professionalism and knowledge of the overall car industry and especially Mercedes Benz. Working with Jim has been enjoyable and stress-free. He has always treated me and my family with respect while exhibiting a friendly personality. His ability to make me feel at ease, makes purchasing a vehicle less stressful and enjoyable. I have also been appreciative of his responsiveness to my e-mails and phone messages. I have recommended Mercedes of Cincinnati, to several of my friends. The only issue with Mercedes Benz is the pricing of the vehicles. Although I really enjoy my S-Class, I feel that the overall value of the vehicle is priced at a premium. More
