We love our new Volvo XC90 pre-owned purchased from Schumacher Volvo Cars of the Palm Beaches! As our sales associate Marc Falcon was great to work with, very easy going and helpful throughout the whole process! He made car buying easy and fun! As I had a specific color in mind but was open to new and certified pre-owned! While on a test drive in a new XC-90 we stumbled upon the beautiful Thunder Grey XC90 that I wanted, which just so happened to just show up on the lot the day before! Marc did everything in his power to get all the info on this car for us and helped us negotiate the right price! He got the car cleaned up for us and ready for us to pick up a few days later! The finance department with Jim Sabo was also very easy to work with. Elliott Bates, another sales associate also helped us by answering some questions and showing us some neat features on our new car! All employees at this location were friendly and helpful! Great customer service skills and no pressure. It was a great experience and both my husband and I are glad we went to Volvo of the Palm Beaches. More

We were going to purchase another brand but went with Volvo simply for Nori. I would be remiss if I didn't send a massive shout-out to Jim in Finance for his seamless management of that process.
