When I asked them to wash my car again I seen a man in the back of the building out of view, wiping down my new car with a dirty towel. I was so upset I went to find the service advisor only to find no one at the counter. In frustration and anger I left promising never to return. Why they never asked me to have my car cleaned right shows that they don't care about the customer being satisfied. I do not have a problem paying extra either. Really, every car dealership in my past has lived up to my expectations. Thanks Spreen Honda. I will take my new car somewhere else to be treated right. Furthermore management is never on the floor to ensure customer satisfaction. More
