Overall good Everything went very well, and Tony was very helpful. Unfortunately the shuttle service left me stranded for over an hour at work and if I had not cal Everything went very well, and Tony was very helpful. Unfortunately the shuttle service left me stranded for over an hour at work and if I had not called, I would have never gotten a ride home. I had to call Honda twice. I had to call my parents to pick up my children because I was late leaving work. Whether the shuttle people are common need to improve on their communication with the other staff. More
