Jim is a native of Kansas City and has been with Molle Toyota since 2007. Prior to 2007, he spent 20 years with the Metropolitan Community Colleges' in various leadership positions. Both Jim and his wife Traci drive Toyota 4Runners' and have owned several Toyota's over the years. They have two sons, Trent and Tyler, and Lola, a boxer mix, rescued from a local shelter. In his spare time, Jim enjoys spending time with his family and working out.

We have purchased three cars at Mollee Toyota from Steve Hennecke -- a Rav4, a Prius and a Sienna. Steve is always professional and helpful. With the purchase of our latest vehicle -- the Sienna -- he brought the van to our house to make sure it would fit in the garage. Steve then stayed and finished the negotations at our house so we didn't have to take our new baby out again. Not many sales folks would be thoughtful enough to extend that extra courtesy. Our experience with Steve was and always is a great. Steve always treats us professionally and with exceptional courtesy. As a result, we recommend Mollee and especially Steve Hennecke to our family and friends! (And although this does not change the overall rating of our experience, I do want to share the only part of it all that we did not like.... that was the finance manager trying to upsell us. We understand that is his job is to increase the overall margin and he was just doing his job, but it was the only part of the experience we did not like or need.) More

i would recommend this dealership to anyonebuying or serviceing a or their toyota. from the time of purchase, i have always been extremely pleased with all of my visits at Molle. another individual that serviceing a or their toyota. from the time of purchase, i have always been extremely pleased with all of my visits at Molle. another individual that need recognotion is a service man named Bill. i do not know of his last name, but he has worked there a long time. he is older. not only is the level of care very high, but even other employees smile at me. these are people i don't even work with. Jim Seaman was so friendly, and kind. i just happened to walk into his office to borrow a pen and paper. while there, i just quickly mentioned the VENZA to him. i said that i was unfamiliar with it, and asked him for his opinion. at the time, all booklets were out of stock. i told him not to worry, as i would not be buying anything in the near future. i went back to the waiting area. about a minute later, Jim comes out with his laptop and sits next to me to show me some specs about the car. i said it was unecessary, and to not waste his time. he then gave me a print out of a demo they were trying to sell. i said that when i was ready to make my move, that i would be sure to deal with him. at that point, he told me of his position, and that he couldn't actually "sell" me a car. i couldn't believe he spent all that time with me, and he wasn't even a salesman! the next day, i received a very nice hand-written letter from him thanking me for being a polite and pleasant customer. why would he need to thank me? anyway, one last thing to mention is the cleanliness. the waiting lounge and bathrooms are always neat and appealing! the fresh bagels are always a nice touch. Over the past year I have purchased a few new cars from Molle Toyota. I found out about them through a fellow employee, who learned that they have better pricing than other Toyota dealers in Kansas City. Molle Toyota. They always have the paperwork ready to go for me, they take time to answer questions, and they generally make the new car buying experience as painless as possible. Since I buy cars from them based on their "no hassle, no negotiation" price method, I know I'm getting a great deal from the start without the hassle of hours of negotiating. Plus I know what I was paying at an other dealership that I used to purchase new Toyotas from. I'm very happy to do business with Molle and would recommend them to anyone wanting to purchase a new Toyota. More
