I've been a very loyal customer at least a decade. Shocked they shafted me so hard. Even nickelling & dimming over a couple thousand dollar check to me. I'm from the big corporate world = standards & good reputation are usually held as priceless assets. It is still ongoing but I'm both positive & hopeful Mr. Hubler has got this.
