Hands down the best car dealership we have ever walked into! From the minute we walked through the door and met Jake (salesman), we knew we were off to a great start. The manager, Chad, let us take the car home as he clearly knew we were conflicted and it is exactly what we needed in order to make up our minds. Jake was soooo friendly, helpful and courteous. Chad was also so caring and helpful. Then we met Jimmy in finance and he was the quickest finance guy around and one of the nicest. Everyone went above and beyond our expectations! Four days later the refund check still has not been issued because the deal has not "been funded" and the title paperwork hasn't been processed. Neither of these conditions were presented to me before leaving the dealership. Hoodwinked. Never doing business with them again in any form or fashion.
