This vehicle was originally sold the the Managers' Father-In-Law. I assume the Manager gave him a great deal on the sale and the best deal on the trade. That's fine for both. However, as the next owner, I was the one who was the unfortunate recipient of the previous deal. The price was fair, but the lack of any movement to give me a little more on a trade was disappointing. I had a 2013 Optima LX with 7,900 Miles on it and it was perfect. To not budge 500-1000 more was most likely due to the fact that he gave his father-in-law a better deal and had to re-coup his money through me. I'm also a repeat customer. I felt the management took advantage of me, because of the sweet deal they gave to a relative. Leaving a bad taste in my mouth about the experience. I was also surprised that the vehicle (yes it was used), had to be detailed after the purchase. I'm a guy who cleans the door jambs, armor all everything on my cars. This vehicle looked like it was driven in and a sticker was put on it. I suggest you detail your used cars before people come to look at them. Bottom line is Jim Smyly is the one who got me to buy this car. It had nothing to do with his salesmanship, but rather his personal interaction and discussion with me. More

I never felt that I was being pressured and always felt that he truly wanted to help me get exactly the car I wanted at a price I could afford. This was the fourth car I have purchased on my own and by far, the best experience. I would recommend him to anyone looking for a new or used car. More
