They are located in an auto mall so we went to 3-4 other dealerships before winding up there. This was the only dealership in which I didn't feel like I was a piece of meat being stalked by shady salespeople. The reps do approach you and offer to help, but aren't real pushy. Once we were inside making our deal the entire atmosphere in the lobby was relaxed and comfortable. The GM Rich Thompson continually made his way around engaging in conversation with all the customers. I was there a few hours all together and spoke with him 2-3 times...each time he remembered my name and NOT ONCE tried to sell me. We had a minor miscommunication after the fact, I called my rep Guy and he stepped up right away and made it right. Great overall buying experience!!! More
