Service coordinator was nice and pleasant. However, I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. I noted to the service coordinator that the driver side front tire was low on air. She a However, I was there for an oil change and tire rotation. I noted to the service coordinator that the driver side front tire was low on air. She assured me that they would check the air in all tires. I picked up the car and noted that now the driver side back tire was low on air (I assume when the tires were rotated the front goes to the back). She assured me that I would have to drive 10 - 15 miles and it would reset. I've driven well over 15 miles and the back tire is still low. So it's my guess that the service tech did not check the tire pressure (which I don't understand because on the dash clearly sends you an alert). Also, the car was dirty when I got into it. Seems like there was ash-like substance all over the dashboard. Disappointed in service dept. Unfortunately, I bought the oil change for life package. Also, when I dropped car off I was told I would have to pay for the tire rotation. I noted that I still had a tire rotation left from the 'Jeep Wave Program'. Had I not mentioned anything, I probably would have been charged. Please note I did not work with a Jim Solomon. The service coordinator I worked with was Brenda Boody. More

This has been quite a mess. Paid upwards of 2600 dollars on service with the dealership charging me for warped rotors which should’ve been covered by extended warranty purchased Paid upwards of 2600 dollars on service with the dealership charging me for warped rotors which should’ve been covered by extended warranty purchased with vehicle. Replaced rotors, tires and breaks, yet when vehicle was received, it had a loud grinding noise on the rear wheel. I imagine they never drove the vehicle upon replacement of parts. They have kept the vehicle for 8 days with no end in sight. Initially I was having to Uber when told the vehicle was going to be ready for pickup (twice). No refund offered. Finally dealership offered rental car. The only good thing about this is the people are super nice, other than that, I am not happy and doubt I will be back, that’s to either purchase or service. More
