This was my first service experience since I bought my new car, so I am going to reserve judgement. My sales experience was great when making the purchase, so hoping this was just a one time issue. I had new car, so I am going to reserve judgement. My sales experience was great when making the purchase, so hoping this was just a one time issue. I had to wait 2 hours for a simple oil change that was scheduled in advance knowing that I would be waiting for the car to be finished. I was the only person in the waiting area the whole time. They didnt appear overly busy, so not sure what the issue was, but they also didnt go out of their way to check on me and provide updates. So not a great experience, but again, hoping its a one time issue. More
