Communication is great. I called and made an appointment to drop my car off. I didn’t have to wait long for an appointment. Brought my jeep in because it kept going into limp mode. Service technician said it may be because of a wiring harness and said he just remounted the loose wires. Less than a week later my steering wheel lo Service technician said it may be because of a wiring harness and said he just remounted the loose wires. Less than a week later my steering wheel locked up while driving and the same check engine light came back on. This is a huge safety concern! More

The service department was not the best. Our car had been in repair for over two months. In the beginning we understood that it might take some time but we were never told that the large par Our car had been in repair for over two months. In the beginning we understood that it might take some time but we were never told that the large parts department for Jeep & any other car was striking. Then it seemed as if they wanted us to pay for a rental not a courtesy Car like they should be offering. We did not receive our car back until the after the New Year. The car went into service October and we got it back in January. All of this is to say the least. I will not go on with complaining but please work on customer skills also. More
