I would recommend your dealership to anyone for any type of vehicle you sell. I've been very happy with everyone except when I brought our Jeep in for my first "No Charge" oil change, I asked the young lad of vehicle you sell. I've been very happy with everyone except when I brought our Jeep in for my first "No Charge" oil change, I asked the young lady behind the counter if she could get someone to help me figure out how to move the 4 wheel drive stick into 4 high and 4 low. My wife has been having a problem doing this, so I asked if someone could show me how to do it. The young lady that was behind the counter said I have to be on dirt before I can put it into 4 wheel drive. That's nuts and I told her (that would mean I would have to go to a dirt road to change into 4 wheel drive). I said, all I want is for someone to take 2 minutes and show me how to move the 4 wheel stick shift into 4 wheel drive. She said she didn't have anyone to help me. So I walked into the showroom, and saw the General Mngr. I remembered him from when we purchased the Jeep a year ago. He was very helpful, and got a Salesperson that didn't have a customer to show me. The Salesperson showed me, it took 2 minutes and that is all I wanted. I thanked him, shook his hand and was done. So I really appreciate everyone at your dealership, including our original salesperson Rich, except I wasn't real happy the young lady behind the counter didn't help me (Our Jeep is a very expensive vehicle, and we also put $4000 down!) I didn't deal with Jim Solomon in Service, I only dealt with the young lady to the left at the Service Counter, so I'm giving him 5 stars! Thanks so much! More

It took 2 days of servicing to diagnose that I needed new batteries. My batteries were previously replaced in 2024 so that was incorrect. I paid hundreds for them to misdiagnose. I took to another mechanic w batteries. My batteries were previously replaced in 2024 so that was incorrect. I paid hundreds for them to misdiagnose. We recently purchased our 2025 Jeep Wrangler from Pellegrino Chevrolet, and the entire experience was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful, friendly, and truly made us feel like Pellegrino Chevrolet, and the entire experience was outstanding. Everyone we encountered was extremely helpful, friendly, and truly made us feel like family. Our sales representative, Jennifer Toce, was fantastic—patient, knowledgeable, and committed to making sure we were completely comfortable with our new Jeep. She even helped us connect our phones to the vehicle and get the Jeep app running perfectly. We also worked with Russ Abate, whom we met over 23 years ago. Russ has always felt like family to us, and as always, he was genuine, supportive, and a pleasure to work with. We’d also like to recognize Jim Solomon from the service department, who was extremely helpful and attentive. His assistance added to the confidence and comfort we felt throughout the entire experience. The financing and paperwork process was smooth, simple, and stress-free. They truly worked hard to get us the best interest rate possible, and there were absolutely no games or pressure—just honest, caring people who want the best for their customers. We couldn’t be happier with our new Jeep Wrangler or the exceptional service we received. We highly recommend Pellegrino Chevrolet, Jennifer, Russ, and Jim for an outstanding car-buying experience.
