Disappointing experience. Need to return. Purchased a used vehicle but it needed an alignment, the coolant pump needed to be replaced, and the car was very dirty inside. After several hours, we ended up used vehicle but it needed an alignment, the coolant pump needed to be replaced, and the car was very dirty inside. After several hours, we ended up taking the car home and planning to return for alignment, a new coolant pump, and for the car to be detailed. On this date, we found out that the machine that fixes the alignment was broken, so they replaced the coolant pump and returned the vehicle to us. We then reminded them that the car was to be detailed. This took more than two hours and the inside of the vehicle was not cleaned (there were still several brown fingerprints over the light grey buttons inside the car- yuck). We still need to go back for the alignment and this dealership is not local to us. I am disappointed and expected more. More
