Born and raised in St. Louis, a Mehlville H.S. graduate. I have a daughter and a step-daughter, and I'm a fan of all St. Louis sports and English Premier League soccer, particularly Tottenham Hotspur. Like any true Cardinals fan I also enjoy giving my wife grief for being a Cubs fan. Outside of work you can find me spending time with my family, remodeling our house, or playing golf. My favorite thing to do is to help people get into the vehicle they want or the vehicle that will fit all of their needs! Nice and clean. Took a few minutes to find someone to help us (but it's better than being bombarded the moment you lay rubber in the parking lot). Nice people, very laid back, stress free environment. Seriously the most stress free car purchase I've ever made. The only concern--I was ensured there'd been a thorough inspection done but then after the paperwork was signed, the sales worker said the tire pressure sensor was messed up (had I known before I could have included the repair in the dealership promises section). About a week and a half out, the car's power seemed to glitch when I turned my lights on. The next time I tried to start it, it wouldn't start. My husband removed some corrosion from the battery and it started up just fine. Hoping this was just a fluke and not a reflection on the dealership. More

Jim Wagstaff was excellent to work with. He was not pushy or even trying to upsell me into a higher model car.
