They sold me a used Honda CRV 2017, KNOWING of a factory defect. Well published internet information as well as admission by their service department, that certain color paint on certain colored vehicles wo defect. Well published internet information as well as admission by their service department, that certain color paint on certain colored vehicles would eventually flake off the car, due to Hondas experimentation with paints and finishes. I purchased the car on 9/14/23. On 4/2/24, Large areas of paint literally fell off the car onto my driveway. I went to the service department on 4/2, and was told, they know about this ongoing problem, but there is no warranty. Honda 800 Hotline apologized to me for their mistake, but also apologized for the fact that they, as a corporation, cannot help people that suffered loses due to their failed experiment. I am considering a lawsuit. I will see if the lawer decides to go after the Honda corporation, but im certain, the dealer has culpability of knowing they are selling cars with widedly know issues. More
