Jose was awesome, everything I asked about the used Honda Element I was interested he did, and with an amazing attitude. After a little negotiation with Jose and Jacob we agreed on price, they made sure the Element I was interested he did, and with an amazing attitude. After a little negotiation with Jose and Jacob we agreed on price, they made sure the car was ready and correct and did a great job of detailing it before delivery. I had to take the car back the next day to get emissions and a full tank of gas and heather the service manager made sure I was taken care of and that the element was good to go before I left. Buying a used car is stressful but Jose and the people at Lou Sohb made the process ok with their honesty and commitment to customer service. Thanks guys More
