Easy and Pain Free Experience - Recommend I purchased a vehicle online from this dealership and I have to say it was quite a pleasant experience. I found the vehicle I wanted and contacted the I purchased a vehicle online from this dealership and I have to say it was quite a pleasant experience. I found the vehicle I wanted and contacted their internet sales department. Mark Wallace replied promptly, offered a great deal right off the bat, and then gave a generous offer for trade-in on my vehicle. I made the trip up to the dealership, met the friendly staff, signed the papers with Jim Windrow, and then was out the door. There was no annoying pandering or beating around the bush. These guys were professional, polite, and to the point. Would recommend if looking for a new or used vehicle. More

I have to say that this was the best experience ever purchasing a vehicle. David (Chief) took the time to go over all of the features offerd with this vehicle. I never felt pressured. What can be said I showed up at that time given to me. They came out, recorded the issues and showed me to the waiting room. A great purchase experience We chose McKenzie for this purchase because of our great experience leasing a new Regal about 3 years ago. What drew us to them then was true again th We chose McKenzie for this purchase because of our great experience leasing a new Regal about 3 years ago. What drew us to them then was true again this time: (1) They had vehicle we wanted with the right equipment in stock and (2) the very coordinated performance between the salesperson and the sales manager/F&I manager. We knew the lease payment we wanted to make and they worked to help us get there. What sets this store apart is the very open discussion about price. In some other stores, we would meet with the sales person and he/she would leave us to go see the sales manager, then much time later would come back with a proposal, then we would ask a question and off they disappeared again. None of that here: The salesperson focused on showing us the products, the sales manager worked directly with us on price/incentives/lease options. This is the way car buying should be! More
