They ordered my part, it did take awhile to come in but when they called that it was in, it was also time to do an oil change so we added that on as well. Spoke with multiple people not a single person knew what was going on. Was told that I would receive a call back, gave them 2 days to return my call before I called in. I did speak to a younger kid that tri was going on. Was told that I would receive a call back, gave them 2 days to return my call before I called in. I did speak to a younger kid that tried very hard to get the answers but he was not able to help as his manager was not working and wouldn’t be back in until Monday. I appreciated his honesty. Called in on Monday afternoon and once again not a single person had any idea what was going on. After hearing a xx story I explained that my vehicle has been in the parking lot for since Wednesday. I did end up getting the work done that I needed but my goodness it was like pulling teeth to get a straight answer. Suggested that for all the trouble I had went through for the last 2 weeks I should get some type of discount. 20.00 was taken off my bill. 🫣 Thanks the 20 phone calls that I made prolly cost more than the 20.00 you just took off my bill. More
