Polite dumb kid I purchase several vehicles annually and generally deal with my local dealer. I reached out bc you had the truck color I wanted. Upon dealings, your numbers were acceptable and the experience was painless. Your dealership tinted windows and put in a bed liner within hours. BRAVO !! Chris, failed to call back Tues evening after saying he would, he also failed relay information after being told to have his pick up driver bring an air bubble the tire is near flat on a trade they are picking up. ( This alone cost your dealership 2 men to drive to Waterloo and back not getting what they set out for and will be forced to do it again/Addionally it is parked in front of a property another company is working on inconvenient to them I’m sure but, it’s a holiday so....?) Buying a car from Woodhouse started as a dream ended as a n! This dealership said they lost my check after they delivered the 2019 Buick - wanted me to send a wire transfer - wanted pictures of car- told me sale This dealership said they lost my check after they delivered the 2019 Buick - wanted me to send a wire transfer - wanted pictures of car- told me salesperson I was working with was no longer there- manager “suggested” that perhaps I didn’t even write a check for car - which is rather ridiculous- why would they deliver a $38,000. Car & take a $4000. Car on trade in without some sort of payment?? Many phone calls- could not drive car cause Intransit ran out for over a month - no title- couldn’t register it - so sat in garage for two months! Did not want to put miles on a car that was not what I ordered. Very disappointed to say the least. Not to mention all the time & energy trying to talk to these people- wouldn’t return phone calls- & when I finally did talk to management- he was rude & offensive the first time- did get a little better- but didn’t appreciate his comments saying that I could have driven the car & I chose not to- told him I had integrity- & wouldn’t drive a vehicle that wasn’t the right one! I spent hours on the phone- kept telling them this car did not have all the features I was told it would- will not ever buy or order a new car “sight unseen again”. Without a vehicle to drive for over two months! Not a. Happy customer!! The good news is that I got out of this deal finally & will work with a reputable dealership- a nightmare for sure! More
