I brought my truck in for service. The engine was running rough and also idling kind of rough. I told them a code came up for #5 spark plug and they saw the same when they plugged in. The engine was running rough and also idling kind of rough. I told them a code came up for #5 spark plug and they saw the same when they plugged in. After waiting almost 2 hrs while they ran tests it came back that the cam shaft and surrounding parts were bad. I couldn't believe a truck with 45k miles would have a bad cam shaft. I had to pay over $100 for basically telling me it would cost over $9k to fix it. I then left and the next day I put a new plug and wire in #5. The truck runs like new again. I have always done my own maint. but, I thought this time I'd let the pros do it since it is a 2014 truck. Imagine if I didn't know how to fix it! Very disappointed in the Boch Chevy team. The only plus was the service advisor Jimmy who was understanding and friendly. More

They sell people cars with defective engines and when you bring it back for servicing they want nothing to do with you. When the check engine light is on they just shut the code off and that's it. Even a you bring it back for servicing they want nothing to do with you. When the check engine light is on they just shut the code off and that's it. Even after telling them there was choking smoke coming from the car's exhaust. More
