Bough a car here a month ago. Still have not received an answer when I will get my full tags. Contacted the sales person at least 4 time, no clear answer provided and now my tags Still have not received an answer when I will get my full tags. Contacted the sales person at least 4 time, no clear answer provided and now my tags expire tmw so I won't be able to drive or use the only car my family currently has. Also, they only give you $20 of gas when you purchase the car not a full tank like anywhere else. It's a shame since the sales person was super nice. But the whole experience overall leaves a lot to be desired. More

A Bad Experience I can’t comment on the entire dealership but I found a few idiots during my purchase. First the salesman Jeff Hever is a total moron. After finalizing I can’t comment on the entire dealership but I found a few idiots during my purchase. First the salesman Jeff Hever is a total moron. After finalizing everything over the phone (because I live over 5 hours away) I arrived to pick up the car to find it full of scratches, trim parts hanging, a broken tail light and a key fob that didn’t work. Plus the moron didn’t know that the car came with remote start! He avoided me when I found the problems and didn’t even offer any accommodations for my family (except for the small coffee area) during the 6 hours we had to wait. Also the Finance Dept with Jimmy Collier and James Sicuro operates like a time share seminar. They push things down your throat to profit off purchases you don’t need or can get better deals elsewhere. The sales manager Tre Hillerich was a savior and saved me from more headaches and Connie Pulliam corrected all the mistakes and horror that the jerks in the finance dept did. What also annoys me is the fact that I wrote 3 letters to management complaining about my “experience” and not one contacted me back to apologize or explain what went wrong. I can only say avoid Mr. Hever if you can and do all your research before you sit down in the Finance Dept. because they will attack like sharks to get you to sign. If anyone at Koons wants to contact me to explain this further, you can ask Jeff Hever who purchased the 2015 black Camaro from PA. More

We went in to learn more about the new Ram and make a decision as to whether we would buy this over the Silverado. Once Lawrence began going over the many features, pointing out the value of the vehicle decision as to whether we would buy this over the Silverado. Once Lawrence began going over the many features, pointing out the value of the vehicle and how it and the company have changed recently I felt at ease and learned a lot. Right away it became clear that Lawrence new his business, didn't pressure and answered all my concerns. Once we finished the drive I knew that this one the best truck for me and all that was left to do was see if it would be possible to fit it into my budget. He worked with me and we found a good solution. After meeting with Jimmy we got an even better perspective of the "new Chrysler", becoming more convinced that this was a company and more importantly a dealership that we wanted to do business with. I have purchased 4 Chrysler Town & Country Vans from Koons of Tysons. My last two from Salesman Don Ricketts and have just referred one of ny best friends to him as well. I think that says it all. Don Ricketts had me in and out of there with my new 2013 Town & Country in fairly short order. Jimmy Collier in finance was the best and truly helped me get the best rate. After leaving two other local Jeep dealerships because we couldn't come to terms on price, we spoke with Harris who not only matched the best price we could find but beat it by more than $4,000 (yes that's four thousand dollars). These guys push volume and our serious about moving vehicles. More
