Let me start off busting in the dealership itself. I rate as good. However, the Service department/parts department was very disappointing. After numerous follow ups, no one ever contacted me about the status of the item finally, after I made one last call the item was installed today I would recommend to put in place a system to track parts, waiting for customers men in contact a customer to schedule an appointment to have the items installed. thank you in advance for your attention to this important matter.
