We provide two waiting areas stocked with fresh coffee and donuts complimentary as well as other refreshments available. We have four service writers and 15 technicians, which includes three master techs, waiting to assist you.

Let me start off busting in the dealership itself. I rate as good. However, the Service department/parts department was very disappointing. My skid plate on my 2026 tundra came off after a service wit I rate as good. However, the Service department/parts department was very disappointing. My skid plate on my 2026 tundra came off after a service with you guys. It took almost 3 months for the item to come in. After numerous follow ups, no one ever contacted me about the status of the item finally, after I made one last call the item was installed today I would recommend to put in place a system to track parts, waiting for customers men in contact a customer to schedule an appointment to have the items installed. thank you in advance for your attention to this important matter. I went to Florence Toyota to see if I could get a "recall" taken care of. I did not have an appointment but they said if the needed part was in stock, they could take care of it but it would take 1 "recall" taken care of. I did not have an appointment but they said if the needed part was in stock, they could take care of it but it would take 1 1/2 - 2 hours to complete it. After finding out that they DID have the parts needed, my husband and I waited for 3 HOURS then they came to us to tell us they did not have the parts!!! After 3 hours!!! We made an appointment for the next week and I returned, was taken care of as expected. I wasn't angry at our first visit for this, just very frustrated that it took someone 3 hours to inform us that the parts were not there, after being told they were. Do better, Toyota!! More

It was great 5 years ago. The past year it has been getting worse. Today i got charged more than what I was initially quoted for service off of a promo, got charged an added f The past year it has been getting worse. Today i got charged more than what I was initially quoted for service off of a promo, got charged an added fee on my debit card that should only apply to credit cards, which is ilegal. Car was not left in the serviced vehicle location but parked at the end of the lot (could not find) and the seat was not returned to its place, they left it as if it was for a child driver. No full point inspection as usual, no conversations about needed service (i currently need breaks 6yrs overdue) it was a very poor sales experience. More

My auto was in for work and was attended to from 10:42 am until 11:36 am for a total of 54 minutes. In this time they performed a multipoint inspection (more than 30 items)(free service)-removed and replaced until 11:36 am for a total of 54 minutes. In this time they performed a multipoint inspection (more than 30 items)(free service)-removed and replaced windshield wipers. They also performed safety recall notice due to fire hazard. I was notified that work started at 10:42 am and finished at 11:36 am with being billed at 1:44 pm. Charged 19.99 per wiper and 14.97 to install. Charged 12.59 for shop supplies. My big issue is that they charged 179.95 to program 4 new tpms sensors in the ecm in which I supplied them with the 7 numbers or letters per tire (28 total).Invoice was for $250.69 which I thought was a bit excessive. They did not install the sensors as I had them replaced at Sam's Club along with new tires.Sam's had said they could get these going but later found out they could not. More
