Normally I don’t go this far with these types of things but my experience with the dealership has been horrible. I have taken my car in thats still under warranty with 18,000 miles on it 5 times and still but my experience with the dealership has been horrible. I have also spoken with the service manager and he basically tried to blame me for his service worker and advisor not communicating on why I came back in after a week. He also said to me that he has to side with his service guy😳. Why would I not explain why I’m returning a week later. This guy is completely uncaring. As a woman I feel like it’s sex discrimination. If I were a man this would have been resolved before 5 different visits. And I have been charged 3 different time based on guesses at to why my car is shaking at certain speeds. It’s a mess and I’m annoyed that I as a woman was not treated properly. Def feel taken advantage of. Smh More
