They told me they would only try one other bank (Wells Fargo), but later submitted my loan to Santander without ever discussing it with me. I was asked to come back in and re-sign paperwork — and the rate they ended up giving me was the same one I already had with Capital One. Now I’m making payments soon on a deal that didn’t match what I agreed to. The lack of transparency and communication has been extremely disappointing. More

Extremely Disappointed – Lack of Transparency and Integrity I had a confirmed appointment with Earnhardt Lexus to view and purchase a Jeep, scheduled in advance and revised the morning of my visit Integrity I had a confirmed appointment with Earnhardt Lexus to view and purchase a Jeep, scheduled in advance and revised the morning of my visit. I was traveling from Tucson—over two hours away—and had already secured financing with the intention of completing the purchase that day. While en route, I was informed via email that the vehicle was being sold to someone else who had arrived earlier. At no point was I told that the vehicle might not be available or that there were competing appointments. Had I been given that information up front, I could have avoided wasting over five hours of my time and a tank of gas. This experience reflects a serious lack of professionalism and customer care. Appointments should be honored, especially when they involve serious buyers who have taken steps to finance and travel long distances. I would never treat my own clients this way. I strongly urge future buyers to confirm all details in writing and proceed with caution when dealing with this dealership. More
