Truly a Miracle I have only recently become aware of Miracle Ford in Gallatin Tennessee. Simply put, they work ed a miracle on my car. Their staff is also friendly, c I have only recently become aware of Miracle Ford in Gallatin Tennessee. Simply put, they work ed a miracle on my car. Their staff is also friendly, courteous, and professional. I am so thankful that I decided to take my Ford vehicle to them. Not only was it the best decision I made but also, my car runs fantastic! A Great First Experience with the Service Department! I recently moved to the Gallatin Area and wanted to get my Ford F-150 serviced before headed back home to pack up everything to bring back. I checke I recently moved to the Gallatin Area and wanted to get my Ford F-150 serviced before headed back home to pack up everything to bring back. I checked out the website and was impressed with what I say so I set up an service appointment. I was welcomed the minute I pulled into the service bay. Wayne Hill, who I did not know was the manager at the time, took my info and asked if I needed any other services done. Then I went to the customer waiting area which had everything I needed to wait...from coffee, vending machines, TV's, and work areas if you brought a laptop which I did. During my wait the General Manager, Jimmy Galvin, Jr. came by to make sure I was having a good visit. My wait was not long and Wayne came back and told me I need my A/C worked on including parts which would have to be ordered..they were covered under my warranty...and we scheduled a day to drop my truck off and pick up my rental. When I came back they had a very nice Ford Fusion waiting for me. My truck was ready the following day. Needless to say, my trip went off without a hitch and my truck is still running great. Miracle Ford will continue to get my business as long as I own my truck! I highly recommend their service department to anyone I know! More

Repeat Customer Daniel Custodio Jim Morgan and Jim Galvin, are by far the easiest and must trustworthy gentlemen I have ever conducted business with when it comes to Daniel Custodio Jim Morgan and Jim Galvin, are by far the easiest and must trustworthy gentlemen I have ever conducted business with when it comes to purchasing a new vehicle. I am a repeat customer all due to superior products and impeccable customer service. October of last year I purchased a Ford Fusion. As in life the unpredictable does happen and my Fusion was Totalled. I the following day notified Miracle Ford to learn what the following steps would be. Miracle Ford especially Daniel Custodio and Jim Morgan absolutley reached out to guide me through the processes and to ensure I was ok. The process and purchase of a 2017 Ford Explorer was flawless and the exact color package and vehicle i was wanting at a price I could afford. All of this done in only a couple of days. Mr Jim Galvin was there to also answer any questions and to confirm I was okay and asked if there was anything the Miracle Ford Family could do to assist in my transition. They even went futher and sent food to my house as a thank you and to assure me that they care. I was a mere service only customer when I moved to Sumner County over five years ago. I know am driving my second Miracle Ford Vehicle and couldnt be happier .The Miracle Ford Family has got five stars in my book. More

Quality Dealership I started my vehicle search 4-5 months in advance. I knew when I was going to buy a vehicle. The sales team was excellent in working with me. I was not pressured into anything early, and we reviewed many vehicles before locking in on the one I bought. My experience was great. Daniel did a great job explaining all the truck features and did not let me drive off before explaining everything. More

Excellent service from start to finish. I was looking online for a new truck and found the exact one I wanted at Miracle Ford. I initially talked to Bryan Hopper, who is one of the managers I was looking online for a new truck and found the exact one I wanted at Miracle Ford. I initially talked to Bryan Hopper, who is one of the managers there. He was very helpful when explaining what rebates were applicable for the truck I wanted, and even took the time to explain the Ford A plan since my dad works for Ford. Bryan was very helpful, and had to deal with me calling a lot - they really wanted to see me get this truck, and went out of their way to help make the numbers work for me. I went to get my truck on a Saturday, and Bryan wasn't there that day (he told me he wouldn't be there, and passed my info on to someone else). When I walked in the door, Jim Galvin, the owner, was standing there to greet me. He was very nice, not pushy to get a sale, and easy to talk to. The salesman that I worked with was Daniel Custodio. He was very helpful, not pushy, and eager to show me the details of the deal and also the details of the vehicle itself. I already had the numbers worked out with Brian prior to coming into the dealer, and Daniel just had to make sure everything was in order, and then we were good to go. After signing the paperwork with Charlie, I was ready to hit the road in my brand new truck. Before I left, Jim thanked me for my business, and informed me that the first oil change was on them. This dealership seems more focused on customer service and making repeat customers than just making a bunch of sales. As long as I'm living in Middle Tennessee I'll be a customer of theirs. More

Used Vehicle Purchase Bought a used car from Miracle Ford. Salesman Mike Dodson was helpful and pleasant. I know it is buyer beware, but this is a Class A dealership (new a Bought a used car from Miracle Ford. Salesman Mike Dodson was helpful and pleasant. I know it is buyer beware, but this is a Class A dealership (new and Used cars), so I felt pretty confident that vehicle would be reasonably decent as would paperwork transactions. Found out later that vehicle price included $1200 for a warranty, and when I questioned why I had to purchase a warranty rather than paying the lesser price for the vehicle without the warranty the finance manager said the "bank required it." News to me that you can be forced to purchase a warranty by a bank. Also, car was delivered with 2 bad tires (not bald, faulty), shredded windshield wipers, oil change not noted, and a front bumper clip missing so the lower front bumper was loose from vehicle. First week of ownership=$550 in out of pocket repairs. Like I said buyer beware. Also, Carfax did not report the front end damage repaired from a previous collision. Well as Carfax says, they only report what people tell them. More
