Great Customer Service I have been coming to this location for years and since Jim Ellis has taken over the difference is a better customer service experience. Excellent Service from the entire team I needed a new car as my transmission failed on my prior truck. We had previously purchased a car from Alex at this dealership so I wanted to give the I needed a new car as my transmission failed on my prior truck. We had previously purchased a car from Alex at this dealership so I wanted to give them a chance to earn my business again. Jimmy helped me with a test drive and sold me on the 2018 Kia Optima. He and Alex ultimately made me comfortable enough to move forward with the purchase. Both Kevin and Mike were a tremendous help as well. They helped tow my truck from my mechanic to the Kia dealership for a trade in and worked with my finances to get me a monthly rate that worked. I'm very satisfied with the experience and the car. The showroom is clean, quiet and welcoming. I now have two Kias and anticipate more in the future. Job well done! More
