I bought my last car from Longo Toyota as a 2-year old certified used car. It served me very well for 15 years. I had a very distasteful experience with a Bay area Toyota dealership and wanted to buy from a place that really holds to their word and is trustworthy. So I returned to Longo Toyota. Jimmy went above and beyond is working with me to buy a car long-distance. From being incredibly responsive via calls and texts to overnighting me the paperwork, sending me photos of my car, and getting it delivered, I was so impressed and heartened by the service I received at Longo Toyota.
