Great Car Buying Experiance I've gone through a few vehicles in my time and the thing I hated the most when looking for a new car is having to go to the dealership browsing throu I've gone through a few vehicles in my time and the thing I hated the most when looking for a new car is having to go to the dealership browsing through the lot and having pushy salesperson on my heals trying to sell you options you don't want or we only have the options on another model. I'll have to admit I did do my research and compared vehicles and knew the options that I wanted. I leased a Santa Fe Sport before so I knew how the vehicle performed and the features the vehicle offered. I was shopping online and went on the D'arcy website and got on their chat line which was received by Delilah Armenta. After a follow up call by her I came down to the dealership to look around and she introduced me to Jimmy Kociuba. I wasn't expecting to buy a car that day, I just had some questions about the 2.0 L vs 2.4L and its towing capacity. He explained to me in great detail all the questions I had and pointed out and showed me the different features on the 2017 model. His sincere approach and confidence, and the knowledge of the product he was selling made the difference, I was sold! I had my eye on the 2017 Santa Fe Sport in the Canyon copper color but after trying find one with the premium package none could be found but, he did have one with the marlin blue color which was my secondary choice. After being introduced the sales manager Mike Campobella we worked with some figures and I came out with a great deal which I don't think I could have gotten with anyone else in the area. Now, I've had my new car for one day and the car had some serious electrical problems being stuck in a parking lot across from the dealership I called Jimmy for some help and he came over and assisted me but, he couldn't fix the problem so he calls the service manager John Wagner over and it was determined that the car needed to go to the shop for repairs. On the spot I was given a loner and John Wagner took responsibility and personally saw to it that the vehicle was repaired in a timely and effecient manner. When I picked the car up he showed me with pictures and explained to me what the problem was and what was done to rectify the problem. To me, the folks at D'arcy Hyundai went above and beyond the call to ensure I received a great deal and has an impeccable service department that stands behind their product! More

Darcy Hyundai car buying exreience I would recommend buying a car at Darcy Hyundai. From the time I walked in the door and met Jimmy Kociuba, taking a test drive, looking at all the fea I would recommend buying a car at Darcy Hyundai. From the time I walked in the door and met Jimmy Kociuba, taking a test drive, looking at all the features, and pricing, was a no pressure experience. I told him I would like to think it over and he said that was fine. I came back the next day and purchased the Sonata. Everyone was very courteous, The typist reviewed all of the paperwork and warranty, Then the salesman took us out to the car and explained all of the instruments and set up the radio, Bluetooth,etc. Overall it was a pleasant experience. More

When I rode in the Elantra that had the heated seats and the little bit darker interior that I was looking for, that is when I decided to get the Elantra this time.
