Hello! My name is Jimmy Kociuba, and I have been with D'Arcy Hyundai for my entire 25 year automotive career. I enjoy our low-pressure, customer-focused sales approach. I feel my job here is to help people find the car that is right for them, and within their budget. I really love the Hyundai product due to its reliability, low cost of ownership, and feature based packaging. I spend my free time relaxing with my wife and daughters, going out to dinner, listening to music, or playing computer games. I personally drive a 2024 Hyundai Santa Fe! Much better car buying experience at Darcy I was referred to Jimmy Kociuba by a friend that has bought 2 cars from him. I was comfortable and liked Jimmy immediately. Not the typical car sales I was referred to Jimmy Kociuba by a friend that has bought 2 cars from him. I was comfortable and liked Jimmy immediately. Not the typical car sales experience. Very calm. Very patient. He seemed truly focused on finding me the right car, and not just pushing me to spend more than i could afford. He identified features/ cost factors important to me and recommended the perfect vehicle. And there were more expensive ones he couldve pushed. No pressure. No rush. I shopped kia chevy ford and hyundai. Every other place brought in "that guy" to push me to buy that day when i said i needed to think it over. Not hyundai. Jimmy even said- "hey, its a big decision. I get it. You are going to spend alot of time in this vehicle. You should be sure its the one you want" The whole environment at Darcy Hyundai was so much different/better than what I experienced at other dealerships in my shopping process. No reved up phony salesman. No pushy sales manager to deal with. Even the finance portion was so smooth and quick. Wow what a shock! I felt very comfortable with Bill Paetzold,Finance Manager as well. Very friendly and went over every detail with me. And was still done in under 15minutes! No more being in the dealership for HOURS dealing with the game. I was there 2.5 hours from the door to driving away in my new car-including 2 test drives. Truly the best car buying experience I have ever had. Bottom line, the environment at Darcy told me I picked the right dealership and Sales Specialist. More
