All my transactions have been very professional and carried out with a personal touch. The employees are all courteous and willing to help with even the smallest detail. The sales professionals - including James Krail and Rich Martini were extremely helpful and made my decision making process for my new vehicle very easy. They prepared my new truck to the exact specification I desired and made the whole process very enjoyable. On the service side of the business - I have had a great experience as well. I guess that it doesn't hurt that I love the Land Rover vehicles, but the personal touch of this dealership is the icing on the cake. I wouldn't hesitate for a moment to purchase another vehicle from these professionals. More

Their emphasis on ensuring total customer satisfaction and delivering a seamless customer experience is evident from the first phone call until you drive the car off the lot. The person who walked me through all the tech in the car even offered to come to our home (45 min away) to answer any follow up questions once we get settled in the car. I could not be happier with my car or experience and will definitely use this dealer in the future. More
