The only person who ever made me feel the way I should have has been Rich Martini. I have followed him several times and he has never let me down. My wife feels special from entrance to exit. He calls to check on you weeks later, gives you a lower price than you ask for and treats you like a gentleman. Overall, this is a business of people who want to take you for every cent they can, so it is such a pleasure to finally have someone who earns a living and leaves something on the table for you as well. I didn't come home feeling defeated and even when I look at prices after the sale, I see I still got a great deal. Rich and his team are top shelf. Finance was a breeze and I got a better rate than my own bank from Michael. They made me feel like family. Everyone won here. Most of all me. More

The sales professionals - including James Krail and Rich Martini were extremely helpful and made my decision making process for my new vehicle very easy. They prepared my new truck to the exact specification I desired and made the whole process very enjoyable. On the service side of the business - I have had a great experience as well. I guess that it doesn't hurt that I love the Land Rover vehicles, but the personal touch of this dealership is the icing on the cake.
