I have bought a new car every 3 years and have visited lots of dealerships this year. Due to the shortage we couldn't find a car that we wanted in stock. Any vehicles in stock were marked well above the lots of dealerships this year. Due to the shortage we couldn't find a car that we wanted in stock. Any vehicles in stock were marked well above the MSRP. We were thrilled to stop in to Bristol Toyota. They had what we were looking for in stock and had others coming in January. There was no mark up and we were given the trade in amount we requested without haggling. This was the best experience, by far, that we have ever had at a dealership. Juan Espinal, our sales associate, was very knowledgeable, far above other dealerships. I highly recommend them and they will continue to get our business and recommendations. More
