I pulled into my driveway to find a literal spring sticking out of my tire. I showed up 8am the next morning for service. I only work 2 days/week, this being a work day. I work as a physical therapist in home care in downtown Boston. A car is essential. When I met with Jimmy her was very empathetic and professional, but also not sure if a last minute request for a loaner car was doable. Once I explained my job he punched a lot of computer keys and the next thing I know voila! He secured me a car! I cannot emphasize enough that he saved my day and my patient’s day. Thank you Jimmy!
