I have never had bad service at Advantage, until this
last time. I brought my car in for a simple oil change. My appointment was at 1:45pm. Jimmy was my service advisor. After telling him that I have a 1

After telling him that I have a 1:45pm appointment for an oil change, and giving him my name, he entered my info in his computer, and then asked me what time my appointment was, like I either didn't have an appointment or the time was wrong. I responded with 1:45? Isn't that what your computer shows? He said yes. I got the service text stating if I need anything to text back at that number. After waiting over an hour, I finally texted Jimmy asking when my car would be done. I also explained I never received my service video confirming all was good with my car. Jimmy called me. He said he was sorry that I did not receive the video. I asked if everything was good with my car? He said that if it wasn't the tech would have told him, so he guesses everything was good. He then said my car was done and that he tried to find me to let me know but couldn't find me. I was sitting out front on the patio furniture. He didn't have me paged, text me, or call me to let me know my car was done. I don't even know how long my car had been done for. I love dealing with Samantha, but I would rather not work with Jimmy again.
