I will never go back to this dealership. I will drive an hour away if it is necessary for my truck to go to a Nissan dealership. The service department is a joke. I enjoy going to Pearson Nissan because when I walk in there they greet you there’s no pressure they’re not following you around. I really enjoy it and they’re always there to answer any questions. This Dealership is Great, from the receptionist to the service department. The salesman, the office staff, they are ALL helpful, courteous, and efficient. The waiting lounge is always Clean, well stocked service department. The salesman, the office staff, they are ALL helpful, courteous, and efficient. I made my appointment online to have the transmission diagnosed as a warranty bulletin was sent to the house. The appointment was for 830. I let the advisor know I’ll be waiting. At 11 AM. I checked with diagnosed as a warranty bulletin was sent to the house. The appointment was for 830. I let the advisor know I’ll be waiting. At 11 AM. I checked with the advisor. He called the shop and found out a transmission Tech was not even on duty today and nothing had been done to my vehicle. I then went over to the service manager Jimmy to let him know I was not happy with the lack of communication and he did not seem interested. This was the third time I used this service department and it will be the last on the first visit oil and Grease was on my leather interior and white exterior paint. The second service the service reminder was not reset and the third scheduling an appointment without having a transmission technician on duty. Three strikes I’m done. More
