What really stood out was how respectful she was of my time—she communicated clearly and promptly via both text and email, making everything seamless and convenient. Vanessa went above and beyond to accommodate my schedule, and most importantly, she made sure my vehicle was diagnosed and repaired correctly the first time. That level of attention to detail and follow-through is not something you see every day. It’s clear she truly cares about her customers and takes pride in her work. The service advisor was good. I didn’t appreciate the handling of the diagnostics taking so long. In on Friday but not looked at until Monday. Corporate warrant manager told me he would approve a rental on Friday and Goodwill the $191.00 charge to diagnose and take a walnut off the . Dealership didn’t good will either. More
