Steve went above and beyond in making sure my first experience with the David Dodge team went as smoothly as possible. All team members I had contact with that day were courteous and helpful. I started my quest for a Grand Cherokee several weeks prior with inquiries back and forth with Kim, she certainly "steered" me in the right direction. I ended up purchasing a 2012 GC Overland Summit, I have taken ownership for about a week now and am very pleased. From my first internet interaction to my leaving with the keys....Great Job Team.
