Best Car Buying Experience Ever! Visited the dealership on the condition that they work with me on my trade-in, which was NOT in good condition. They were willing to take a chance and gave me a trade-in value that was acceptable. After driving around in four different cars I chose a used Jeep Grand Cherokee that was in great shape. The negotiations were fair, and even better, quick! They even doubled my trade-in value! Once we settled on things, my awesome salesperson Jimmy bought me a drink next door at the Hitching Post while the paperwork was being drawn up! I purchased a new Suburban from them about twenty years ago and nothing has changed. The staff is friendly, honest, the transaction was handled quickly and the price was very fair. I have also used their service department several times, always leaving as a satisfied customer (in fact, I often get a follow-up phone call from a manager to make sure I was satisfied). I would highly recommend Rio Vista Chevrolet to anyone considering a new or used vehicle purchase or who needs their car serviced or repaired. More
