Jeep Wrangler I was looking for a used Jeep Wrangler with a manual transmission and I found one on the Rio Vista web page. The page provided some great pictures an I was looking for a used Jeep Wrangler with a manual transmission and I found one on the Rio Vista web page. The page provided some great pictures and lot of vehicle information and included a car fax history. I am about 90 minutes away so I called the dealership and spoke to Jimmy Sanchez, he provided some more information and also included more pictures of the vehicle. I live about 90 minutes away and we set up an appointment to look at the vehicle last Sunday. Jimmy was not able to be there, but he talked to Samuel Ibarra and he had the vehicle ready for us. The Jeep was very clean, everything looked great. Samuel let us take the Jeep for a lengthy test drive and explained of the features. The Jeep was on a sale price, but they still were able to work at a even better price. We also worked with Mo Shihadeh and Erik Perez in finance. Everyone was very pleasant and they made the whole buying experience a pleasure, and we were done in less than 2 hours. This was worth the drive and I would highly recommend Rio Vista Chevrolet.... When we showed up at the dealership, we ask to look at a specific vehicle and Jimmy Sanchez walked us out to it and allowed us to simply take a look without any sales pressure whatsoever. We then took an amazing test drive and Jimmy willingly accompanied us, and answered all of our questions along the way. After we returned to the dealership, Jimmy worked the numbers and we talked through all of our options. Again, no sales pressure or judgement as we worked through the process. Once we made the decision to purchase, Jimmy went out of his way to come in on his day off to take care of us throughout the pickup process. He helped us get oriented with the vehicle and talked us through the other remaining steps. Finally, he handed us off to Erik to handle the paperwork. Again, no unnecessary sales pressure, just thorough customer support! KUDOS to the entire staff for their awesome customer service & a "Special Thanks" to Jimmy for going the extra mile! More
