Got a recall a month after buying new Sportage. Adjusted push rod knock sensor setting that should have been fixed before I bought car On going issue for at least 2 years with several Kia models . Everyone in service department did an excellent job of getting me in and out in less than 30 minutes. More

Great experience Brad was very helpful to us to get the vehicle we wanted. He made sure we were able to get the best deal possible. The customer service and parts departments are also very courteous and helpful, answering questions about the vehicle and experience with accessories. Jimmy skeens was rude from start to finish! Not familiar with the parts or service times. This is the second visit for a recall, didn’t have the part in stock for the first recall appointment had to take o with the parts or service times.
