I have dealt with service departments before and have always left with the feeling that they were just going through the motions. The sevice department at Pearl, from the the underwriters to the cashiers, the parts department to the techs, all the way up the chain to management have gone above and beyond in making you feel like family. They listen to your concerns fix the ones they can fix, give you advice on the ones they can't, but bottom line is they address all of them. I would recommend them to anyone looking for service on their vehicles or trying to figure out how to run a service department. More
