I never felt pressured, nor "in the wrong" for just looking around. They were knowledgeable and very open and nice. You could feel the difference in the air as you walked in. Both Chris and Jim were so helpful from the knowledge of the car I ended up purchasing down to guidance on what type of future service I could expect to do on it. The entire experience was so nice and I'll be sending anyone who dislikes the car buying process to check out Pearl. You really do feel like family. More
