When our minivan gave up the ghost last November it was super stressful. With four kids, including a car seat, and a job that requires I drive around Kankakee county, we couldn't casually look for a new v super stressful. There are two types of people buying cars, the "oh fun we get a new car" and the "oh crap I really don't want to do this" type. We are definitely the later. Nick was great. He took care of us and made sure we got what we needed. We didn't feel anxious or pressured, we even had a little bit of fun. No tears were shed. 10 out of 10. More
